Donation Management

The Donation Management module in TonaPik enables the admin to efficiently oversee all donation activities performed by users in support of submitted assets. This section provides complete transparency and control over both automated and manual contributions.

• Donation Monitoring :
  Admin can monitor donations from a segmented interface that includes statuses like All, Initiated, Pending, Done, and Rejected.
  These phases help the admin easily track the lifecycle of each donation—from when it's initiated to final approval or rejection.
  Admin can view detailed records of each donation, including asset name, donor information, payment gateway type, donated amount, and other metadata.
  This segmented monitoring system allows the admin to act promptly on donations that need review, verification, or intervention.
• Manual Donation Control :
  Donations made through manual gateways appear under the Pending tab and await administrative action.
  Admin can verify the proof of payment or other criteria before approving or rejecting such donations.
  This ensures a secure and accountable process for handling manual contributions.
• Donation Settings :
  The admin can configure how donations are measured by setting the Donation Unit Count and Donation Amount per Unit.
  These settings define how much is charged per unit of donation and how many units a user can contribute.
  Once donation functionality is enabled, users can donate directly from the asset detail page, enhancing author support opportunities.

This module ensures transparency, flexibility, and administrative control over the donation process—encouraging meaningful user participation and supporting content creators effectively.
