Reason Management

The Reason Management system in TonaPik allows administrators to create and manage predefined reasons for asset rejection. These reasons ensure that both admins and reviewers provide consistent and clear explanations whenever a submitted asset is rejected. Each reason can be created, updated, and toggled between active and inactive statuses for flexible use across the platform.

• Rejection Reasons :
  Admin can create a list of rejection reasons such as "Poor Quality", "Copyright Violation", "Incomplete Metadata", etc.
  These reasons are selected during the asset rejection process by either admin or reviewer.
  Admin can update, delete, or control the visibility of each reason via status settings.
  Maintains transparency and helps authors understand the cause of rejection clearly.
  Enables a more professional and informative communication loop between the platform and content creators(authors).

This structured reason system contributes to a fair and organized review process while encouraging authors to improve their submissions based on clear feedback.
